Job summary

Thrivent is seeking a Sr. Product Manager to own the long-term product strategy for a portfolio within the Enterprise Data Products organization.

You will collaborate with business partners to align roadmaps with customer outcomes and KPIs, and mentor Product Owners to raise performance across teams. This role emphasizes analytics, governance, and AI-enabled experiences across corporate functions such as Operations, Risk, Compliance, HR, and Legal.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant business experience including product ownership or similar capacity.
• Experience defining product strategy, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes for enterprise products.
• Experience partnering with business leaders, data engineers, architects, and delivery teams.
• Experience leading product discovery and translating business needs into roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Own the long-term product roadmap as part of a larger business strategy.
• Guide cross-functional teams to prioritize roadmaps and releases across multiple products.
• Collaborate to resolve conflicts and ensure aligned business outcomes.
