Job summary

Stripe is seeking a Product Manager to own AI-enabled employee experience products, partnering with People, engineering, data, security, and legal teams. You will shape the roadmap and lead cross-functional delivery from discovery to adoption, balancing AI capabilities with privacy and governance considerations.

You will work on agentic products that guide processes, automate appropriate actions, and ensure trusted outcomes for employees and managers in a rapidly evolving enterprise environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management or equivalent experience leading software products
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and translate strategy into roadmaps
• Experience shipping multi-system product workflows
• Understanding of AI/ML product development, data needs, evaluation and privacy considerations
• Experience using AI-enabled tools to speed up discovery, prototyping, delivery, or evaluation
• Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder alignment skills
• Experience designing products with user trust and privacy at the core

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of employees, managers, and People practitioners and translate needs into a focused product roadmap
• Own end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery through delivery, adoption, and iteration
• Design coherent experiences that connect data, knowledge, workflows, and systems
• Collaborate with People, engineering, data, security, and legal to make sound tradeoffs
• Define metrics to understand adoption, engagement, and impact for products
• Develop agentic People products and determine where systems may act or defer to human judgment
• Use AI tools throughout product development to accelerate discovery and prototyping while protecting trust
• Lead adoption and establish ownership and support for new work practices
