Job summary

Stripe is seeking a senior product manager to lead AI-enabled, enterprise-level People products. You will own the product roadmap from discovery through delivery, partnering with engineering, security, data, and legal to balance user needs with governance and privacy.

You will shape a growing product area at the intersection of employee experience, enterprise systems, data, and applied AI, focusing on trusted, self-service experiences for People teams and employees.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management or equivalent experience leading software products
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and convert strategy into focused roadmaps
• Experience shipping products connecting workflows, data, and multiple systems
• Understanding of AI and ML beyond LLMs, including data needs and privacy considerations
• Experience using AI-enabled tools to improve discovery, prototyping, delivery, or evaluation
• Proven ability to lead across functions and align stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Develop deep understanding of employees, managers, and People practitioners, then translate needs into a focused product roadmap
• Own products end to end, from problem discovery and strategy through delivery, adoption, measurement, and iteration
• Design coherent experiences that connect fragmented data, knowledge, workflows, and systems
• Partner with People org, engineering, data, security, legal, and others to make sound product and architecture tradeoffs
• Define measures to understand adoption, engagement, and impact for products and develop insights to guide improvements
• Develop agentic People products and define where systems may recommend, act, elevate, or defer to human judgment
• Use AI-enabled tools throughout product development and help establish practices for AI-assisted discovery, prototyping, specification, testing, and iteration
• Lead adoption and establish sustainable ownership and support for products that change established ways of working
