Job summary

Stripe is hiring a Product Manager to lead AI-enabled People products. You will own end-to-end product development from discovery to delivery, focusing on employee guidance, workflows, and data integration across enterprise systems to improve daily operations.

You will collaborate with People, engineering, data, security, and legal to balance innovation with privacy, compliance, and trust, shaping a scalable, enterprise-grade product portfolio that empower teams worldwide.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management or equivalent experience leading software products for internal or external users
• Navigate ambiguity and convert broad strategies into focused roadmaps
• Ship products that connect workflows, data, and multiple systems or teams
• Understand AI and ML product development, data needs, and privacy considerations
• Use AI-enabled tools to improve discovery, prototyping, delivery, or evaluation
• Lead across functions and align stakeholders with different incentives
• Design products where privacy and trust are central

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of employees, managers, and People practitioners to define a focused roadmap
• Own products end to end from problem discovery to delivery, adoption, and iteration
• Design coherent experiences connecting data, knowledge, workflows, and systems
• Partner with People, engineering, data, security, legal, and others for sound tradeoffs
• Define measures to understand adoption, engagement, and impact
• Develop agentic People products and determine where systems may assist or defer to human judgment
• Use AI tools throughout product development to accelerate discovery and iteration while protecting trust
• Lead adoption and establish sustainable ownership for transformed workflows
