Job summary

Stripe is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own Connected Account Onboarding Experiences, shaping the user journey from sign-up to readiness across APIs and hosted or embedded UIs.

You will use funnel data, user research, and experimentation to improve conversion while satisfying regulators and partners, defining what is standardized vs configurable for global platforms and AI-enabled experiences.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of product management or founder experience.
• Experience leading multi-quarter roadmaps and aligning teams and partners.
• Experience partnering with engineering, design, and data teams to scale products.

Responsibilities

• Set vision, strategy, goals, and roadmap for Connected Account Onboarding globally.
• Lead cross-functional execution across Connect, Risk, engineering, design, data science, and partners.
• Use funnel metrics and research to improve onboarding conversion.
• Translate risk and regulatory requirements into intuitive experiences across APIs and UI.
• Build scalable onboarding foundations for different platform models and geographies.
