Job summary

Stripe is seeking a Staff Product Manager for Agentic Commerce to own the vision and execution of transformative AI-enabled commerce products. You’ll work with engineering, design, data science, and marketing to unlock opportunities for customers globally.

You’ll shape new API primitives, dashboards, and integrations to empower AI agents and sellers, collaborating across Stripe’s ecosystem and engaging with large enterprises to translate requirements into product outcomes.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of Product Management experience.
• Computer Science background or equivalent technical experience.
• Proven experience leading initiatives across large engineering organizations.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to structure ambiguous concepts.
• Thrives in collaborative, cross-functional environments.
• Deep empathy for users balancing autonomy and guidance in digital commerce.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product roadmap for agentic commerce solutions that empower users, from automated merchant tools to intelligent purchasing workflows.
• Build full stack solutions across Stripe's ecosystem, including back end services, dashboard interfaces, money movement systems, and integrations with other Stripe primitives.
• Partner with engineering and design to ship high-impact features that increase user autonomy and reduce friction.
• Strong analytical skills: test hypotheses and make informed trade-offs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally across Stripe’s platform and product teams to integrate agentic commerce capabilities seamlessly.
• Engage directly with users (particularly large enterprises) to translate requirements into novel product shapes.
