Stripe is seeking a senior product leader to define, incubate, and scale ML/AI applications across our product suite. You will drive strategy for AI-centric products and empower teams with agents and intelligent capabilities via a robust API stack.

You will partner with business units to align on roadmaps, shape the AI platform, and deliver outcomes that boost revenue, efficiency, and customer trust, while mentoring cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years delivering ML-powered software products.
• Solid understanding of ML and applied AI tech stacks.
• Ability to influence company-level strategy and collaborate with business leaders.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a collaborative environment.
• Ability to analyze data to inform decisions.
• Deep empathy for users; build products that customers love.
• Relentless focus on product quality.
• Experience with both 1P and 3P products.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Stripe-wide strategy for new ML/AI applications.
• Evaluate investments for ML/AI applications with product leaders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver roadmaps and launch ML/AI apps.
• Develop strategy to advance Stripe’s ML/AI infrastructure and tooling.
