Fuze Health is seeking a Product Manager for the FuzeRx product line. You will own the roadmap for your area, partnering with Engineering, Design, Clinical, Pharmacy Operations, Data, and Business stakeholders to solve meaningful patient and partner problems.

Responsibilities include delivering features end-to-end, translating needs into clear specs, and driving discussions with cross-functional teams. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field.
• 2+ years of Product Management or product-adjacent experience.
• Experience shipping features with Engineering in Agile environments.
• Strong analytical skills using product metrics to drive decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for cross-functional partners.

Responsabilidades

• Own delivery of product features end-to-end from requirements through launch and iteration.
• Translate business, clinical, and operational needs into clear product specs.
• Drive feature discussions with customers, engineers, and cross-functional partners.
• Support discovery via customer research, data analysis, and validation.
• Monitor KPIs, adoption, and usability to inform iterations and improvements.
