Fuze Health Inc. is seeking a Product Manager for FuzeRx to define and deliver initiatives that advance patient care, pharmacy operations, and growth.

You will own the product roadmap, partnering with Engineering, Design, Clinical, and Data teams to translate needs into tangible features and specs. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in product management, experience shipping with agile engineering teams, and comfort working in healthcare/pharmacy domains.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business, CS, Engineering, Health Informatics, or related field.
• 2+ years of Product Management or related role.
• Experience shipping features with Engineering in agile environments.
• Clear, concise writing of specs and effective feature discussions.
• Experience building products for pharmacy, healthcare services, or medication management.

Aufgaben

• Own the roadmap for your product area, partnering with Engineering, Design, Clinical, Pharmacy Operations, Data, and Business stakeholders.
• Translate business, clinical, and operational needs into product requirements and specs with Engineering, Design, and Data teams.
• Drive feature discussions with customers, engineers, and cross-functional partners; support discovery through research and data.
• Triage features, bugs, and requests; connect engineering work to the end-user experience.
• Articulate technical requirements and flag risks in design choices; monitor regulatory and operational constraints in healthcare and pharmacy.
