Job summary

Fuze Health is seeking a Product Manager for the FuzeRx platform to drive patient care and pharmacy operations. You will own the roadmap, partner with Engineering, Design, Clinical, Pharmacy Operations, Data and Business stakeholders to define features that solve real user problems.

You will translate business, clinical, and operational needs into clear requirements and specs, support agile delivery, and navigate healthcare regulatory constraints early in the process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or practical experience.
• 2+ years in Product Management or product-adjacent roles.
• Experience shipping features with Engineering in agile environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication for specs and discussions.
• Experience in pharmacy, healthcare services, or medication management products.
• Familiarity with data-driven personalization, automation, or AI-enabled capabilities.
• Ability to identify technical risks and articulate requirements for features and APIs.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for your product area, partnering with Engineering, Design, Clinical, Pharmacy Operations, Data, and Business stakeholders.
• Translate business, clinical, and operational needs into clear product requirements and specs.
• Drive feature discussions with customers, engineers, and cross-functional partners.
• Triaging features, bugs, and requests, connecting engineering work to the end-user experience.
• Articulate technical requirements and flag risks in design choices.
• Build awareness of regulatory and operational constraints in healthcare and pharmacy.
• Collaborate early on to consider compliance considerations.
