Job summary

Acorns is seeking a Product Manager for Core Experience to build consumer-facing surfaces and drive engagement across Home and account management. You will lead strategy, own end-to-end product delivery, and collaborate with design, engineering, data, legal, and marketing to deepen customer engagement.

The role emphasizes hands-on with AI tools, strong customer focus, and rapid iteration to shape a unified customer journey.

Qualifications

5-7 years of product management experience leading consumer experiences.
Heart-led and customer-obsessed with empathy for user needs.
Bias for speed and action while maintaining quality.
Proven analytical rigor with data-driven decisions.
Hands-on with AI tools to prototype ideas and accelerate development.

Responsibilities

Own the surfaces that show financial progress and motivation, anchored by Home.
Define a coherent engagement model across surfaces for a single customer journey.
Develop fluency in customer needs across the financial journey and translate to experiences.
Lead product work end-to-end from discovery to delivery, with ownership.
Shape how partner teams show up across shared surfaces to strengthen the journey.
Lead cross-functional teams across design, engineering, data, legal/compliance, and marketing.
Design and run experiments to test assumptions and improve long-term engagement.
