This remote-first role requires 5-7 years of PM experience and a customer-obsessed mindset, with a bias for speed and strong analytical rigor. You will lead cross-functional teams and run experiments to improve engagement and retention.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of product management experience building consumer experiences that drive repeat engagement.
• Customer-obsessed mindset with empathy for financial habit formation.
• Bias for speed and action with high quality craft.
• Strong analytical rigor and data-driven decision making.
• Technical fluency to understand systems behind features and tradeoffs.
• Hands-on with AI tools to prototype ideas and accelerate development.

Responsibilities

• Own surfaces that show financial progress and motivate customers to grow.
• Define a coherent engagement model across surfaces as one connected journey.
• Develop fluency in financial journey stages to identify impactful experiences.
• Lead end-to-end product work from discovery to delivery and iteration.
• Shape partner teams' involvement across shared surfaces to strengthen the journey.
• Lead cross-functional teams across design, engineering, data, legal/compliance, and marketing.
• Design and run experiments to test assumptions and drive long-term engagement.
