Acorns is seeking a Sr. Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to own and optimize lifecycle programs across Acorns and Acorns Early. You will translate business goals into data-informed customer experiences and collaborate with Creative, Data Analytics & Science, and Product teams.

This remote-first role offers day-to-day autonomy to design multichannel journeys in Braze, experiment with A/B tests, and ensure quality governance while navigating CAN-SPAM and compliance in fintech.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5+ years in lifecycle, CRM, retention, or growth marketing with hands-on campaign execution.

Aufgaben

• Support lifecycle strategy and roadmap for customer acquisition and reacquisition.
• Build and execute data-informed campaigns across email, push, in-app, and SMS in Braze.
• Own campaign setup from audience segmentation to launch and QA.
• Collaborate with Creative, Data Analytics, and Product teams to bring programs to market.
