Qualifications

• 4+ years of product management experience.
• Strong experience with product management and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Identify the highest-leverage user problems and translate them into clear product direction.
• Partner with design, engineering, data science, and research to deliver fast, intuitive, cohesive experiences.

• Envision new experiences and deliver a long-term vision.
• Understand levers for product-led growth and retention.
• Work with engineering and design to align product expectations and capabilities.
• Collaborate with research to evaluate nondeterministic models for high-value outcomes for users.
• Make difficult product decisions with conviction in the face of uncertainty.
• Develop deep understanding of user needs, behaviors, and friction through direct product use, qualitative research, product data, and experimentation.
• Make complex AI behavior understandable through clear interaction models and thoughtful defaults.
• Drive alignment when improvements span multiple product surfaces, platforms, or teams.
• Communicate product decisions, tradeoffs, progress, and learnings clearly to leadership and cross-functional partners.
