Acorns is seeking a senior product designer to lead design across its Early and Early Invest initiatives. You will work with product and engineering to shape scope, prioritize features, and drive a design-led approach from problem framing through handoff.

You will prototype and test ideas to validate directions before committing engineering resources, ensuring outcomes align with user needs and business goals.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product design experience with shipped consumer mobile work.
• Strong strategic thinking paired with excellent interaction and visual craft.
• Fluency in Figma and modern prototyping tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead design across Acorns Early and Early Invest initiatives from problem framing through handoff.
• Partner with product and engineering leads to shape scope and prioritize.
