Qualifications

• Experience in Product Management or a related stakeholder-facing role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to proactively engage, influence, and collaborate with business stakeholders.
• Strong experience gathering, analyzing, documenting, and consolidating requirements from multiple teams.
• Working knowledge of AI, Generative AI, Conversational AI, chatbots, virtual assistants, or AI-powered customer experiences.
• Ability to translate business requirements into actionable product requirements and communicate them to cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with business stakeholders to understand business objectives, challenges, and product requirements.
• Conduct stakeholder discussions to gather, analyze, prioritize, and consolidate business requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and functional specifications.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, business, and other cross-functional teams to align product objectives and expectations.
• Support the planning, development, and enhancement of Conversational AI products and experiences.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI-powered conversational experiences to improve customer and business outcomes.
• Communicate product requirements, priorities, dependencies, and updates effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Facilitate discussions to resolve conflicting requirements and drive stakeholder alignment.
• Track requirements, document decisions, and ensure teams maintain a shared understanding of product goals.
• Support product planning, prioritization, and continuous improvement based on business feedback and user needs.
