Responsabilidades

• Proactively engage with business stakeholders to understand business objectives, challenges, and product requirements.
• Conduct stakeholder discussions to gather, analyze, prioritize, and consolidate business requirements.

• Support the planning, development, and enhancement of Conversational AI products and experiences.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI-powered conversational experiences to improve customer and business outcomes.
• Communicate product requirements, priorities, dependencies, and updates effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Facilitate discussions to resolve conflicting requirements and drive stakeholder alignment.
• Track requirements, document decisions, and ensure teams maintain a shared understanding of product goals.
• Support product planning, prioritization, and continuous improvement based on business feedback and user needs.

Client is seeking a strong Product Manager – Conversational AI to work closely with business stakeholders, understand business needs, gather and consolidate requirements, and help drive initiatives related to Conversational AI.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, stakeholder management, and requirements-gathering skills, along with a working understanding of AI and Conversational AI concepts. This role emphasizes product management, business collaboration, and translating business needs into clear product requirements rather than hands-on AI development.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on AI-enabled products, chatbot platforms, virtual assistants, or conversational user experiences.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, product roadmaps, user stories, and backlog prioritization.
• Experience collaborating with engineering and UX/UI teams.
• Familiarity with AI product capabilities, use cases, and business applications.
