Job summary

3E is seeking a Product Manager for its Chemical & Workplace Safety Product team. You will own initiatives from discovery to continuous improvement, translating customer and market needs into clear requirements and priorities.

The role works across Engineering, Customer Experience, Sales, Marketing, and operations to balance value, business goals, and technical constraints. You will shape solutions for our portfolio, including 3E Protect and related services, with a focus on measurable outcomes

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience plus 5+ years in product management, EHS, chemical safety, or related field.
• B2B SaaS product management experience with enterprise platforms.
• Experience taking customer problems from discovery through delivery with measurable outcomes.
• Experience evaluating or implementing business software or services and working cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Own product initiatives from discovery through prioritization, planning, delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement.
• Translate customer, market, and business needs into clear product requirements and priorities.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Customer Experience, Sales, Marketing, and operations throughout planning, development, testing, release, and post-launch.
• Define success metrics and drive adoption, customer satisfaction, retention, and business impact.
