Job summary

3E is seeking a Product Manager to lead the Chemical & Workplace Safety portfolio, including 3E Protect, turning complex problems into clear product direction from discovery to adoption.

You will collaborate across Product, Engineering, Customer Experience, Sales, Marketing, and operations to deliver measurable outcomes and customer value. East Coast preferred; US-wide candidates considered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of product management experience in EHS, chemical safety, regulatory compliance, or related field.
• Experience with B2B SaaS products and enterprise platforms.
• Proven ability to translate problems into clear requirements and measurable outcomes.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize product work from discovery through delivery and adoption.
• Translate customer needs into clear requirements, priorities, and solutions.
• Bring structure to ambiguous problems by clarifying needs, risks, and success metrics.
• Balance competing priorities across initiatives with customer value and technical constraints.
• Partner with Engineering and Product teams through planning, development, and release.
