Job summary

3E is seeking a Product Manager to join our Chemical & Workplace Safety Product team on the East Coast with US-wide eligibility. You will own complex product problems, translate customer needs into requirements, and drive prioritization, delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement across the portfolio including 3E Protect.

You’ll collaborate with Engineering, Customer Experience, Sales, Marketing, and subject matter experts to deliver measurable outcomes, working with AI-enabled tools to

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
5+ years in product management, EHS, chemical safety, or related field.
Experience with enterprise, content-driven, or service-based solutions.
Ability to translate needs into requirements and measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

Own product initiatives from discovery through delivery and improvement.
Translate customer and market needs into clear requirements and priorities.
Collaborate with Engineering, Customer Experience, Sales, and Marketing.
Define success criteria and drive adoption and outcomes.
