3E is seeking a Product Manager to join our Chemical & Workplace Safety Product team. You will take ownership from discovery through delivery, turning complex customer needs into clear product direction.

Based on the US East Coast, with flexibility for remote work across time zones, you will collaborate with Engineering, Customer Experience, Sales, and SMEs to deliver measurable outcomes and drive adoption of 3E Protect and related services.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in product management, EHS, or regulatory domains.
• Experience with B2B SaaS targeting enterprise customers.
• Ability to translate needs into clear requirements and roadmaps.
• Experience with cross-functional Agile teams.

Responsabilidades

• Own product initiatives from discovery through delivery and improvement.
• Translate customer and market needs into clear requirements and priorities.
• Partner with Engineering, Customer Experience, Sales, Marketing, and SMEs.
• Own launch readiness and adoption tracking for product areas.
