Job summary

3E seeks a Product Manager to join our Chemical & Workplace Safety Product team on the East Coast. This forward‑looking role offers ownership from discovery to delivery, turning complex problems into clear product direction and requirements.

You’ll work across Product, Engineering, Customer Experience, Sales, Marketing, and operations to balance customer value with business priorities and technical constraints.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 5+ years in product management, EHS, or related area.
• Experience in B2B SaaS with enterprise platforms.
• Ability to translate problems into requirements and measurable outcomes.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency and validate outputs.
• Based in US and eligible to work without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Own product initiatives from discovery to delivery, with prioritization and adoption.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Customer Experience, Sales, and Marketing to ensure outcomes.
• Define requirements, priorities, and success criteria for initiatives.
• Lead launch readiness, adoption tracking, and continuous improvement.
