Job summary

3E, a mission-driven provider of regulatory intelligence and AI solutions, is seeking a Product Manager to shape the Chemical & Workplace Safety portfolio, including 3E Protect. You will turn complex customer problems into clear product direction from discovery to delivery.

Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Customer Experience, Sales, Marketing, subject matter experts, and operations to balance customer value, business priorities, and technical constraints.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in product management or related field (EHS, chemical safety, regulatory domains).
• Experience with B2B SaaS and enterprise platforms.
• Proven ability to translate problems into requirements and measurable outcomes.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders.
• Experience using AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency.
• Based in the US and eligible to work without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Own product initiatives from discovery to delivery and improvement.
• Translate customer and market needs into clear requirements and priorities.
• Provide context and success criteria to engineering and product teams.
• Launch readiness, adoption tracking, and post-launch optimization.
• Collaborate across teams to align on strategy and stakeholder expectations.
