Job summary

3E is seeking a Product Manager to join our Chemical & Workplace Safety Product team. You will turn complex customer and business problems into clear product direction through discovery, requirements, prioritization, delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement.

You’ll influence solutions across the Chemical & Workplace Safety portfolio, collaborating with Product, Engineering, Customer Experience, Sales, Marketing, SMEs, and operations to balance customer value and business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of product management, EHS, chemical safety, regulatory compliance, product stewardship, or related field.
• Experience taking customer problems from discovery through delivery with measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own product initiatives from problem discovery through delivery and adoption.
• Translate customer and market needs into clear requirements and priorities.
• Clarify needs, risks, and success measures in ambiguous situations.
• Balance competing priorities across initiatives to maximize customer value.
