Job summary

3E is seeking a Product Manager to shape the Chemical & Workplace Safety portfolio, turning complex problems into clear product direction from discovery to delivery. You’ll partner with Product, Engineering, Customer Experience, Sales, Marketing, and subject matter experts to balance customer value with business priorities.

This role offers the chance to influence solutions across 3E Protect and related services, drive adoption, and deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management or related roles in EHS/chemical safety.
• Experience delivering B2B SaaS with complex regulatory content.
• Ability to translate needs into clear requirements and roadmaps.
• Proven cross-functional leadership without formal authority.
• Strong communication for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Willingness to work across time zones in US.

Responsibilities

• Own product initiatives from discovery to delivery and outcomes.
• Translate market needs into prioritized requirements and roadmaps.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and CX teams.
• Ensure launch readiness and measure adoption and impact.
• Balance customer value, business goals, and technical constraints.
