3E is seeking a Product Manager to join the Chemical & Workplace Safety Product team. This role offers ownership from discovery to delivery, turning complex problems into clear product direction across the portfolio, including 3E Protect and related services.

You will work with Product, Engineering, Customer Experience, Sales, Marketing and subject matter experts, balancing customer value with business priorities and technical considerations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of product management, EHS, chemical safety, regulatory compliance, or related field.
• Experience taking problems from discovery through delivery with measurable outcomes.

Responsabilités

• Own product initiatives from discovery through prioritization, planning, delivery and adoption.
• Translate customer and business needs into clear requirements and roadmaps.
• Collaborate across Engineering, Customer Experience, Sales, Marketing and operations.
• Own launch readiness, adoption tracking and ongoing improvement.
