Job summary

3E is seeking a Product Manager to join our Chemical & Workplace Safety Product team. You will own initiatives from discovery through delivery, shaping requirements and prioritization for 3E Protect and related services.

Collaborate across Engineering, Customer Experience, Sales, Marketing, and subject matter experts to balance customer value and business priorities. You will lead with a focus on measurable outcomes, driving adoption, satisfaction, and continuous improvement in enterprise

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in product management, EHS, chemical safety, regulatory compliance, product stewardship, or a related field.
• Experience taking customer or business problems from discovery and requirements through prioritization, planning, and delivery.
• Experience evaluating, implementing, improving, or replacing business software or applications.
• Experience working cross-functionally and influencing stakeholders without formal authority.

Responsibilities

• Own product initiatives from problem discovery and requirements through prioritization, planning, delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement.
• Translate customer, market, and business needs into clear product requirements, priorities, and solution approaches.
• Balance competing priorities across initiatives while considering customer value, business goals, technical constraints, and timing.
• Partner closely with Engineering and Product colleagues throughout planning, refinement, development, testing, release, and post-launch improvement.
• Focus on measurable outcomes, including adoption, customer satisfaction, retention, and business impact.
