Job summary

3E is seeking a Product Manager to join our Chemical & Workplace Safety Product team. This role offers ownership from discovery to delivery, shaping solutions across the portfolio including 3E Protect.

You’ll collaborate with Product, Engineering, Customer Experience, Sales, Marketing, and operations to balance customer value, business priorities, and technical considerations. You’ll join an established team with leadership support and opportunities to deliver meaningful outcomes for

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in product management, EHS, chemical safety, regulatory compliance, product stewardship, or related field.
• B2B SaaS product management, commercial, or customer-facing experience with enterprise platforms supporting complex regulatory/content-driven solutions.
• Experience taking customer or business problems from discovery through prioritization, planning, and delivery with measurable outcomes.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and bring structure to ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Own product initiatives from problem discovery through prioritization, planning, delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement.
• Translate customer, market, and business needs into clear product requirements and priorities.
• Clarify needs, risks, trade-offs, and measures of success in ambiguous problems.
• Balance competing priorities across initiatives considering customer value, business goals, and technical constraints.
• Partner with Engineering and Product through planning, refinement, development, testing, release, and post-launch improvements.
• Ensure teams address the right problems by providing context, requirements, and success criteria.
• Define requirements and a clear path forward for workflows and opportunities.
• Own launch readiness and ongoing improvement for assigned product areas.
