Job summary

3E is seeking a Product Manager to join the Chemical & Workplace Safety Product team. This forward-looking role offers ownership from discovery through delivery, shaping requirements and prioritization across our safety portfolio.

You will work with Product, Engineering, Customer Experience, Sales, Marketing, and SMEs to balance customer value with business priorities. Location: East Coast preferred; US-wide candidates considered, with hybrid work options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 5+ years in product management or related field.
• B2B SaaS or enterprise platform experience.
• Experience taking problems from discovery to delivery with measurable outcomes.
• Experience evaluating or implementing business software or applications.
• Ability to bring structure to ambiguous situations and create a path forward.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and influencing without formal authority.

Responsibilities

• Own product initiatives from problem discovery through prioritization, planning, delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement.
• Translate customer, market, and business needs into clear requirements, priorities, and solution approaches.
• Clarify needs, risks, trade-offs, and success measures to bring structure to ambiguous problems.
• Balance competing priorities across initiatives considering customer value, business goals, and technical constraints.
