Job summary

3E is seeking a Product Manager to join our Chemical & Workplace Safety Product team. You will own initiatives from discovery through delivery, balancing customer value with business priorities while partnering with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and SMEs to drive measurable outcomes across the 3E Protect portfolio.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management, EHS, chemical safety, regulatory compliance, product stewardship, or related field.
• B2B SaaS or enterprise product experience preferred.
• Experience translating problems into requirements and measurable outcomes.
• Ability to work across teams and influence stakeholders without formal authority.

Responsibilities

• Own product initiatives from discovery through delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement.
• Translate customer and market needs into clear requirements and priorities.
• Clarify needs, risks, and success measures in ambiguous situations.
• Lead launch readiness and post-launch improvement for assigned product areas.
