Job summary

OnePay is seeking a Product Manager for Banking to own the Cash Advance roadmap and ship new features at scale. You will work across analytics, legal, engineering, design, risk, and servicing to deliver seamless experiences for millions of customers via app and POS channels.

You bring 3–8 years of product ownership in overdraft, cash advance, or consumer lending, with a detail-oriented, data-driven mindset and a proven track record of independent, proactive execution in a fast-moving fintech

Qualifications

• 3-8 years of experience owning an overdraft, Cash Advance, or consumer lending product.
• Ability to analyze limits, repayment, fees, and unit economics.
• Strong independent work with minimal ramp-up.
• Collaborates with analytics, legal, engineering, design, risk, and servicing teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and ship the next phase of Cash Advance as we grow and scale.
• Drive the roadmap by identifying customer pain points and defining requirements.
• Apply quantitative rigor to conversion, limits, repayment, fees, and unit economics.
• Partner with analytics, legal, engineering, design, risk, and servicing to keep the roadmap moving.
