Job summary

OnePay is building a new consumer fintech product designed to give customers more flexibility around recurring monthly expenses. You will own this product from zero—defining the vision, leading the build, and driving it through launch and scale.

You will partner with engineering, design, data, risk, and legal to ship a high-quality consumer experience, using data to inform decisions and iterate post-launch for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 6-12 years of product management experience in consumer fintech or fast-growing financial technology environments.
• Demonstrated track record of owning Rent/Payments product, not just contributing to one.
• Knowledge and ability to use AI tools to accelerate development and deliver measurable output.
• Deep comfort working at the intersection of consumer experience and financial product constraints.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product development from ideation through launch and iteration.
• Define and drive the roadmap for a net-new consumer financial product, balancing customer needs against risk, compliance, and business constraints.
• Partner with engineering, design, data, risk, and legal to ship a high-quality consumer experience.
• Use data and experimentation to make decisions and drive continuous improvement post-launch.
• Navigate underwriting and regulatory requirements as a product owner, collaborating with risk and compliance.
• Identify and manage third-party partnerships and integrations required to deliver the product.
• Represent the product to senior leadership with clear, data-driven points of view on prioritization and tradeoffs.
