Job summary

OnePay is seeking a Product Manager to own a new consumer fintech product that helps customers manage a major recurring expense. You’ll lead ideation, roadmap, build, launch, and scale, working with engineering, design, data, risk and legal to deliver a high-quality experience.

In this role you’ll use data and experiments to inform decisions, navigate underwriting and regulatory requirements, and manage partnerships to integrate third-party services.

Qualifications

• 6-12 years of product management experience in consumer fintech or fast-growing financial technology environments.
• Experience focusing on Rent/Payments product rather than contributing to one area.
• Knowledge and ability to use AI tools to accelerate development and deliver measurable output.
• Deep comfort at the intersection of consumer experience and financial product constraints.
• Strong sense of urgency and high ownership.
• Owns outcomes and drives work end to end without waiting to be directed.
• Low ego and strong collaboration across technical, legal, and executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product development from ideation through launch and iteration.
• Define and drive the roadmap for a net-new consumer financial product, balancing customer needs against risk, compliance, and business constraints.
• Partner with engineering, design, data, risk, and legal to ship a high-quality consumer experience.
• Use data and experimentation to inform decisions and drive post-launch improvements.
• Navigate underwriting and regulatory requirements as a product owner in collaboration with risk and compliance.
• Identify and manage third-party partnerships and integrations required to deliver the product.
• Represent the product to senior leadership with clear, data-driven prioritization viewpoints.
