OnePay is seeking a Product Manager on the Banking team to own the Cash Advance product roadmap and day-to-day execution. You will shape how millions of Americans manage short-term cash flow and coordinate with analytics, legal, engineering, design, and risk to deliver scalable experiences across our app and point-of-sale channels.

The role emphasizes hands-on ownership, strong analytical skills, and a bias for action in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Qualifications

• 3–8 years of experience owning overdraft or Cash Advance products.
• Willingness to dive into details: limits, repayment, fees, unit economics.
• Proven ability to operate independently with minimal ramp-up.
• Strong analytical skills; comfortable with data and risk partners.
• Detail-oriented; thrives in a cross-functional environment.
• Drive and proactivity; builder mindset.

Responsibilities

• Design and ship Cash Advance roadmap for scale.
• Drive roadmap by understanding customer pain points and requirements.
• Apply quantitative rigor to conversions, limits, fees, repayment and unit economics.
• Partner with analytics, legal, engineering, design, risk, and servicing to keep the roadmap moving.
