U.S. Bank is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the Avvance Consumer Checkout experience, guiding vision, strategy and roadmap for consumer financing at checkout.

You will collaborate with design, technology, legal, risk and analytics teams to deliver a seamless borrower journey from application to acceptance and communications. You will drive data-informed decisions, manage a cross-functional team in an agile environment, and define scalable API capabilities for partner integrations across

Qualifications

• Five+ years of Product Management or equivalent experience leading complex digital products.
• Experience owning product strategy, roadmap, prioritization, and delivery for customer-facing digital products.
• Experience leading an agile product delivery team and managing a product backlog from discovery through implementation and optimization.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, strategy, roadmap and outcomes for the Avvance Consumer Checkout experience.
• Lead a cross-functional agile/scrum team, prioritizing backlog with Design and Technology partners.
• Use customer research, analytics, and experiments to improve conversion and outcomes.
• Define and monitor product performance metrics and translate insights into priorities.
• Define API requirements to enable partner integrations and embedded experiences.
