Job summary

Acxiom seeks a Product Manager to own the day-to-day strategy, development, delivery, and performance of our Business Identity Graph product and capabilities. The role partners with Engineering, Data Science, Data Operations, Sales, Marketing and Delivery to translate client needs into scalable product features.

The role focuses on improving identity resolution, graph connectivity, data quality, and downstream usability, acting as an independent product owner managing the roadmap and backlog

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of product management experience.
• Background in data products, marketing data, identity, or related technical environments.
• Practical knowledge of product management methodologies, roadmaps, backlogs, and prioritization.
• Experience partnering with engineering, data science, or technical teams.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear requirements and user stories.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder-management skills.
• Domain familiarity with marketing data, B2B data, or information-intensive products.
• The position is not eligible for sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• As DRI, own the Business Graph product or defined capabilities.
• Define and execute the Business Graph roadmap aligned with strategy.
• Own and manage the product backlog, epics, stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Translate client and market needs into clear product requirements.
• Partner with Engineering and Data Science to develop graph capabilities.
• Drive improvements in coverage, connectivity, and data quality.
• Evaluate data sources for potential value to the product.
• Establish and manage OKRs and KPIs for the product.
• Coordinate validation and release readiness with cross-functional teams.
• Support product positioning, launches, and adoption with stakeholders.
