Job summary

Acxiom is seeking a Product Manager to own the day-to-day strategy, development, delivery, and performance of the Business Identity Graph product. You will partner with Engineering, Data Science, Data Operations, Quality, Sales, Marketing, and Delivery teams to translate client needs into scalable capabilities.

The role focuses on improving identity resolution, graph connectivity, data coverage and quality, source evaluation, and downstream usability of Business Graph data.

Qualifications

• This position requires a Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of product management or related experience.
• Experience with data products, marketing data, or identity/data-intensive environments is preferred.
• Ability to translate client and market needs into clear product requirements and user stories.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making are essential.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Directly Responsible Individual for the Business Graph product or defined capabilities.
• Define and execute the Business Graph roadmap aligned with strategy.
• Own and manage the product backlog including epics and user stories.
• Translate client and market needs into actionable product requirements.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Data Science to build identity resolution, graph construction, and data quality capabilities.
• Drive improvements in coverage, connectivity, accuracy, and data quality.
• Establish and monitor product OKRs and KPIs related to adoption and performance.
