Sourcebooks seeks a Product Manager, Awareness Platform to join our Digital team and own mobile and web platform experiences from discovery through delivery and ongoing optimization.

You will translate customer feedback and analytics into improvements, write clear requirements and user stories, and partner with development through releases. This full-time role offers hybrid/remote work across multiple states.

Competenze

• Minimum 5+ years in product management with mobile/web ownership.
• Experience turning customer feedback into product improvements.
• Strong UX orientation and analytical judgment.
• Technical fluency across mobile/web lifecycles and integrations.

Mansioni

• Own the user experience, platform roadmap, backlog, and priorities across web and mobile.
• Become a true power user and translate customer feedback, reviews, behavior, and analytics into improvements.
• Partner with development from discovery through release; write clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Improve onboarding, navigation, content discovery, subscriptions, engagement, retention, and UX/UI.
• Own product QA, release readiness, push and messaging functionality, and post‑launch optimization.
• Manage external development partners, vendors, SOWs/RFPs, and defined growth initiatives.
• Bring reader motivations and discovery habits to product decisions, helping customers find content and connections that keep them coming back.
