Sourcebooks is seeking a Product Manager, Awareness Platform to own our mobile and web experiences from discovery through delivery and ongoing optimization. You will work hands‑on with development teams, translate customer feedback into roadmap priorities, and lead UX improvements across onboarding, navigation, and engagement.

You’ll partner across the Digital team, drive requirements and QA for releases, and manage external partners while keeping readers at the center of product decisions.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in product management with ownership of mobile/web experiences.
• Experience working with software development teams to define, prioritize, test and release improvements.
• Strong customer focus, UX orientation, analytical judgment and prioritization.
• Technical fluency across mobile/web lifecycles, integrations and subscriptions.
• Excellent project management, QA, vendor management and cross-functional communication.

Aufgaben

• Own the user experience, platform roadmap, backlog and priorities across web and mobile.
• Translate customer feedback and analytics into product improvements.
• Write clear requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria with development partners.
• Improve onboarding, navigation, content discovery, subscriptions, engagement and UX/UI.
• Own QA, release readiness, push/messaging, and post‑launch optimization.
