Job summary

Sourcebooks is seeking a Product Manager, Awareness Platform to own our mobile and web platform experiences from discovery through delivery and ongoing optimization. The role blends hands‑on ownership, customer advocacy, and backlog leadership across web and mobile, with a focus on UX improvements and analytics.

You will translate reader feedback and behavior into product improvements, partner with development through release, and drive onboarding, navigation, and content discovery enhancements

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management or digital product management with ownership of mobile/web experiences.
• Strong customer and UX orientation, analytical judgment, prioritization, and product-management discipline.
• Experience working with software development teams to define, prioritize, test, and release product improvements.
• Familiarity with app stores, push notifications, and product analytics.

Responsibilities

• Own the user experience and platform roadmap across web and mobile.
• Lead backlog prioritization and cross-functional collaboration from discovery to release.
• Improve onboarding, navigation, content discovery, subscriptions, engagement, and retention.
• Manage external development partners, vendors, SOWs/RFPs, and growth initiatives.
• Translate customer feedback and analytics into product decisions and opportunities.
