Job summary

Milan Laser Hair Removal is hiring a Product Manager for the AI Omni Platform in Omaha, NE. You will own the platform end-to-end—from build and configuration to testing, launch, and ongoing optimization—and serve as the primary link between technology, call center operations, and business outcomes.

This hands-on role blends technical work with business acumen, including testing environments, data dashboards, and collaboration with operations leaders across clinics.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in product management, business/systems analysis, or technical program management.
• Experience owning a software product through full lifecycle: requirements, build, test, launch, iteration.
• Strong technical aptitude for configuring workflows and troubleshooting without escalations.
• Experience building structured test plans and UAT/QA processes.
• Ability to build reports/dashboards and translate data into business recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Own the AI Omni platform roadmap, prioritization, and lifecycle.
• Act as liaison between vendor(s), IT/engineering, and business stakeholders.
• Define and maintain product requirements, configuration standards, and use-case docs.
