Job summary

Boulevard is the client experience platform for salons, spas, medspas and wellness businesses. The AI Receptionist builds 1:1 AI and human handoffs across voice and text to deliver seamless experiences.

As Senior Product Manager, you will own the AI Receptionist product end-to-end, define vision, roadmap, metrics, and collaborate with engineering, design, and data teams to drive revenue, adoption, and retention.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in product management within B2B2C or B2B environments.
• Experience shipping AI-powered products and designing for trust.
• Hands-on familiarity with LLMs and prompt design.
• Strong data fluency and ability to define and analyze metrics.
• Clear communication with engineers, designers, and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own the AI Receptionist product end-to-end, including vision, roadmap, and success metrics.
• Define when AI should autonomously handle conversations or hand off to staff.
• Drive adoption, revenue, and retention through measurable outcomes.
• Translate customer insights into product decisions to earn trust.
