This full-time, in-person role offers a 40-hour workweek, with a base starting at $19.00 per hour and opportunities for additional earnings through differentials and incentives.

You’ll schedule appointments, assist with account needs, and guide prospective clients toward consultations, while documenting interactions and maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask across phone, text, email, chat, and multiple systems.
• Strong reliability, professionalism, and attendance.
• Call center or high-volume customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support current and prospective clients through phone, text, email, and chat.
• Schedule appointments and assist with client account needs.
• Answer questions and guide prospective clients toward scheduling consultations.
• Accurately document client interactions and follow established processes.
• Navigate multiple conversations and systems efficiently.
