Job summary

IMO Health is hiring a Product Manager for Perioperative and Procedural Solutions in the United States. You will own strategy, roadmap, market positioning, and the commercial success of perioperative content offerings and related workflows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in a healthcare provider setting, or related product management.
• Experience with Epic, Oracle Health/Cerner, Meditech or other enterprise healthcare platforms.
• Understanding of healthcare revenue cycle processes related to surgical and procedural services.
• Knowledge of CPT, ICD-10-PCS, HCPCS, SNOMED CT, LOINC relevant to perioperative workflows.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Occasional travel for on-site team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Partner with surgical services leaders and clinical stakeholders to understand workflow challenges.
• Define product strategy and outcomes-based roadmaps for perioperative content offerings.
• Develop deep expertise across the product stack, including terminology and workflow apps.
• Collaborate with channel partners and EHR vendors to improve integration.
• Develop business cases for adjacent growth opportunities leveraging AI capabilities.
• Lead cross-functional teams through the product lifecycle amidst competing priorities.
• Monitor regulatory, reimbursement, quality reporting, and interoperability requirements.
• Create positioning and value propositions with measurable clinical and financial outcomes.
• Establish pricing in partnership with sales, marketing, and finance.
• Drive market awareness, pipeline expansion, and revenue growth with product teams.
