Job summary

EBSCO Information Services, based in the US, is seeking a Product Manager to help bring the EBSCOhost AI Exchange platform to market. You will work with Sales, Marketing, Technology and other departments to develop MCP-based solutions that deliver EBSCOhost content into AI Agents.

This role focuses on go-to-market efforts, customer engagement, and roadmapping with the Product Management team; the company emphasizes remote-friendly work arrangements and a comprehensive benefits program.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of Product Management experience.
• Interest in working closely with customers and other external partners.
• Familiarity with AI Agents and MCP workflows.
• Interest in building a career in Product Management with EBSCO.
• Ability to work collaboratively across the organization with various teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Management leadership to develop and execute go to market efforts for EBSCOhost AI Exchange
• Collaborate with Technical teams to communicate market needs and feedback
• Join customer and publisher calls to discuss EBSCOhost AI Exchange products and benefits
• Help build and deliver stakeholder updates
• Drive business requirements for future roadmap items, in partnership with other Product Managers
• Partner with Sr. PM for Voice of the Customer Program on communications, tracking enhancements and roadmap visibility.
