Job summary

EBSCO Information Services invites a Product Manager to partner with a cross-functional team to bring the EBSCOhost AI Exchange platform to market, delivering MCP based solutions to AI Agents.

You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Technology and other departments, own market requirements, and help build go-to-market plans, with a focus on stakeholder updates and customer conversations. This is a remote-friendly, full-time role within a large organization.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of Product Management experience.
• Interest in working closely with customers and other external partners.
• Familiarity with AI Agents and MCP workflows.
• Interest in building a career in Product Management with EBSCO.
• Ability to work collaboratively across the organization with various teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Management leadership to develop and execute go to market efforts for EBSCOhost AI Exchange.
• Collaborate with Technical teams to communicate market needs and feedback.
• Join customer and publisher calls to discuss EBSCOhost AI Exchange products and benefits.
• Help build and deliver stakeholder updates.
• Drive business requirements for future roadmap items, in partnership with other Product Managers.
• Partner with Sr. PM for Voice of the Customer Program on communications, tracking enhancements and roadmap visibility.
