Job summary

EBSCO Information Services (EBSCO) is seeking a Product Manager to partner with a cross-functional team to bring the EBSCOhost AIResearch Companion functionality to market. The role focuses on AI-powered research workflows and ensuring references and links are grounded in authoritative content for library users and researchers.

You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Technology and other departments, participate in beta testing, and help define metrics and future roadmap items.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of Product Management experience.
• Interest in working closely with customers and external partners.
• Familiarity with AI Agents and AI-powered research workflows.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Management leadership to develop go to market efforts for EBSCOhost AIResearch Companion.
• Collaborate with Technical teams to communicate market needs and feedback.
• Join library customer and publisher calls to discuss EBSCOhost AIResearch Companion products and benefits, and conduct Beta testing programs with customers and end-users.
• Define metrics, measure, and assess the impact of AI Research Companion functionality post-launch.
• Help build and deliver stakeholder updates.
• Drive business requirements for future roadmap items, in partnership with other Product Managers.
