Job summary

EBSCO Information Services is seeking a Product Manager to partner with a cross-functional team to bring the EBSCOhost AI Exchange platform to market. The Product Manager will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Technology and other departments to develop MCP-based solutions for delivering EBSCOhost content into AI Agents.

The role reports to the Vice President of Product Management and collaborates with a 30+ product management team across the EBSCOhost suite, balancing remote and in-person

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of Product Management experience.
• Interest in working closely with customers and external partners.
• Familiarity with AI Agents and MCP workflows.
• Interest in building a career in Product Management with EBSCO.
• Ability to work collaboratively across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Management leadership to develop and execute go to market efforts for EBSCOhost AI Exchange.
• Collaborate with Technical teams to communicate market needs and feedback.
• Join customer and publisher calls to discuss EBSCOhost AI Exchange products and benefits.
• Help build and deliver stakeholder updates.
• Drive business requirements for future roadmap items, in partnership with other Product Managers.
• Partner with Sr. PM for Voice of the Customer Program on communications, tracking enhancements and roadmap visibility.
