Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Senior Product Manager for the AgentExchange marketplace, focusing on search and personalization experiences across Salesforce surfaces. You will shape how buyers discover solutions, define quality metrics, and drive experiments to improve engagement and conversion.

You will lead cross-functional work across engineering, data, and various Salesforce exchanges, leveraging GenAI and AI-powered discovery.

Qualifications

8+ years of product management experience with ownership of a search or marketplace.
Experience building and scaling a search optimization and experimentation program with an experimentation framework.
Experience owning a personalization or recommendation surface and addressing design challenges.
Track record of data-driven product decisions using behavioral data.
Proficiency with AI agents and modern AI tools to accelerate product discovery and delivery.
Strong customer empathy translating research into strategy and roadmap decisions.

Responsibilities

Own the search experience on AgentExchange from the buyer's perspective and run experiments.
Define and drive the GenAI search experience across AgentExchange, including personalization and relevance optimization.
Lead the personalization roadmap for authenticated experiences to improve click-through and install conversion from the homepage.
