Job summary
Salesforce is seeking a Senior Product Manager for the AgentExchange marketplace, focusing on search and personalization. You will shape buyer-facing search, AI-powered discovery, and personalized recommendations across multiple surfaces, driving engagement and conversion through a rigorous experimentation program.

Qualifications
- 8+ years of product management experience, with direct ownership of a search or recommendation experience at a B2B product or marketplace.
- Experience building and scaling a search optimization and experimentation program.
- Experience owning a personalization or recommendation surface, with design challenges like cold start and explainability.
- Decision-making from behavioral data, shipping small tests and scaling when appropriate.
- Proficiency using AI agents and modern AI development tools to accelerate PM work.
- Strong customer empathy and translating research into strategy.
Responsibilities
- Own the buyer-facing search experience across AgentExchange and define quality metrics.
- Define and drive GenAI search and personalization across AgentExchange surfaces.
- Lead experimentation framework to improve search quality, ranking, and discovery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to lift engagement and conversion across marketplaces.
